Kristy has over 12 years extensive professional planning experience in the private sector. Working in the private sector has enabled Kristy to work alongside Civil Engineers and Project Managers and specialist sub consultants for the most part of her career. This has led to a vast understanding of the Land Development Industry as a whole and not just the planning process.

Kristy’s past and current portfolio of projects includes region and local planning scheme amendments, large scale structure planning, design guidelines, subdivision and development from rural land development to industrial and urban developments across regional Western Australia. Her particular area of expertise is in statutory planning in the South West.
